High Pressure System
Innovadyne Technologies offers the High Pressure System option for the Nanodrop™ and Screenmaker™ series dispensing instruments. The High Pressure System option is the system of choice for applications that require the dispensing of liquids that are highly viscous, concentrated, or tending to stick to surfaces. The option, available as a field or factory upgrade or as an option on an original purchase, extends the available pressure range from 1-20 psi to 1-50 psi.
The High Pressure System option includes a stainless steel high-pressure tank that substitutes for the standard pressure reservoir bottle, and high-pressure versions of the DPR (Digital Pressure Regulator) and syringe valves in the Nanodrop fluidics module. Existing Nanodrop fluidics units can be easily upgraded to high-pressure fluidics units by an Innovadyne service technician in the field or at our main facility.
