Glide Drive 60

Innovadyne's Glide Drive 60 is the elegant solution for microliter fluid handling. With a small footprint (8 in (203 mm) height, 2.2 in (56 mm) width, 4.1 in (104 mm) depth) and a light weight of 2.25 lbs (1.02 kg), the GD 60 is the most compact and lightest syringe pump of its kind available today.

The GD 60 accommodates both chassis and cavity parameters of existing equipment, and may be used as a drop-in component to replace existing dispensing equipment or integrated into new product designs, thus minimizing bench space. The standard product includes an assembly of the valve motor, drive motor, and the electronics. Syringes, selector valves and faceplates are optional.

Features

The pump produces precise displacement for the aspiration and dispensing of a wide variety of fluids for many applications. Dispense accuracy is within 1%, and precision is <0.1% CV at full stroke measured with a 1 ml syringe.
The pump's reliable drive and valve mechanism assures that it will operate quietly and precisely (MTBF 1 million cycles).
The zero backlash mechanism eliminates the need for software compensation.
The recommended electrical interface RS-232 enables programmable syringe speeds and ramps.
An inert valve and interconnect components ensure compatibility with clinical diagnostic fluids and reagents. It is also compatible with clinical diagnostic industry standard controllers and syringes.
